Founded in 2009, Sino Concept is a privately owned company, managed by its founder, Félix Bizouard, a French citizen, specialising in the design and supply of traffic safety and urban equipment for professional importers and distributors.
We work exclusively with professional partners, with a strong focus on reliable products, long-term cooperation, and consistent quality.
Our headquarters is registered in Hong Kong, providing a stable international structure for our European and global partners, while our operational team is based in Qingdao, China, close to production sites and suppliers.

Sino Concept was founded and is managed by its founder, based in Qingdao, China.
This direct presence allows daily involvement in product development, tooling decisions, supplier selection, and quality control — not from a distance, but directly on site.
For our partners, this means faster decisions, clear accountability, and a direct link between design intent and production reality.
IN-HOUSE DESIGN & CONTROLLED MANUFACTURING
Designed in-house. Tooling owned. Manufacturing controlled.
Over 90% of the products shown on Sino Concept are designed in-house by our team.
We own the moulds, define materials, validate designs, and set the quality standards for each product.
Manufacturing is carried out by long-term partner factories selected for their technical expertise, under our supervision and quality control.
OUR OPERATING MODEL – DIRECT-FROM-PRODUCTION SUPPLY
Sino Concept does not have permanent stock in Europe.
We operate on a direct-from-production model and ship full containers directly to our partners.
Each year, we ship around 200 containers to Europe and other international markets.
