Our Production Process
At Sino Concept, we control the entire production cycle, from design to packing.
We specialise in plastic-rubber composite, rubber, plastic, and steel products, with strict quality control at every stage.
We design over 90% of our products in-house, own our moulds and tooling, and set our material specifications to ensure consistent quality and full control over every step.
Our teams are based where production happens: our main operations centre in Qingdao (Shandong) and a second office in Taizhou (Zhejiang), where our quality-control team covers our partner factories in the region. Nothing is inspected remotely.
Rubber & Plastic-Rubber Composite
Rubber and plastic-rubber composite products are produced on dedicated lines at our partner factories, with our moulds and our material specifications.
Processes:
- Vulcanisation (rubber)
- Compression moulding (plastic-rubber composite)
Materials:
- Rubber: 90% recycled + 10% virgin rubber
- Plastic-rubber composite: Mix of recycled plastic and rubber
Products:
Speed bumps, wheel stops, cable protectors, speed cushions
Plastic Manufacturing
We also coordinate plastic production at our long-term partner factories, working closely with our partner factories for rubber and steel.
Processes:
Injection moulding, blow moulding
Materials:
PP, PE, PVC, EVA, PU, including recycled options
Products:
Traffic cones, drop-over cable covers, roadwork beacons, plastic sandbags
Steel Manufacturing
Steel products are produced by our long-term partner factories to our designs and specifications, from raw tube processing to surface finishing.
Processes:
Welding, stamping, bending, hot-dip galvanising, powder coating
Materials:
Steel tubes, ductile iron
Products:
Bike racks, crowd control barriers, street barriers, bollards, and street furniture
